With continuous assurance on quality food and services, food safety and hygiene, HONG KONG MX follows the ultimate principle of "Customers come first" and provides quality and innovative dining experience to customers.
Founded in 1956, Maxim's Group provides diversified catering experience through operating its self-owned brands and introducing international brands into the local market. Nowadays, it has become one of Asia's leading food and beverage companies that operates Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian, Western and fast food restaurants, bakery shops, cafes and institutional catering service, with over 1,900 outlets. While providing a wide range of festive products such as the award-winning HONG KONG MX Mooncake, the Group is also the licensee of renowned brands like "Starbucks Coffee", "Genki Sushi", "IPPUDO", "The Cheesecake Factory" and "Shake Shack" in various territories.
HONG KONG MX Mooncakes was the first mooncake brand to receive the "Hong Kong Q-Mark", and the No. 1 seller of Mooncakes in Hong Kong for 27 consecutive years (according to the Nielsen IQ Research Report 1998-2024 of Mooncakes Market in Hong Kong). To cater to customers' changing needs, the Brand has enhanced a series of bakery products through continuous improvements. Its innovative series "Lava Custard Mooncake" has since inception become the bestseller among egg custard mooncakes for 10 years consecutively. The "Low Sugar Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake with Egg Yolk" newly-introduced in 2024, which has less than 5% sugar content and does not contain any added colourings or preservatives, is suitable for diabetics and healthconscious individuals.
Maxim's Group has successfully promoted circular economy and sustainability through two major projects, i.e. "WeGen Farming" and "BOB Craft Beer" . The former converts pre-meal food waste into enzymes and practices pesticide-free and fertiliser-free farming, with its produces being supplied to over 70 self-owned outlets and 30 restaurants. The "BOB" project uses leftover bread and bread crusts to completely replace barley in beer brewing; and in 2024, the Group partnered with 7-Eleven in launching "BOB Coffee Beer", a new canned product upcycled from the coffee grounds of 7CAFÉ.
Striving for innovation and quality excellence, HONG KONG MX received a number of accolades in recent years, including the "Hong Kong Top Brand Ten Year Achievement Award", "Hong Kong Premier Brand", "Hong Kong Proud Award" and the "Service & Courtesy Award" presented by HKRMA.
