Description:

A joint promotion scheme namely “Loving Hong Kong.Brand Gift-Away Surprise” Campaign is to be organised during the period of June to July 2017, which will disseminate the joyful message of “Happy Anniversary to Hong Kong” around the Capital city and call for Hong Kong brands with retail outlets in Beijing to offer discounts or special gifts to customers that are engaged with the Campaign or/and the Festival via social media. By leveraging on the initiative and cohesive force of Hong Kong companies, this Campaign would not only help to build up promotion momentum for the Festival, but also manifest the patriotic spirits of Hong Kong industries. And it per se is a creative “holiday marketing” attempt to boost the awareness of Hong Kong products and services among Beijing citizens.

The Organiser will produce e-coupons for the participating brands and upload them to this website and the official WeChat account of “Hong Kong Brand Festival”. Preferential offers, such as free gifts and special discounts, will be provided by the participating brands to consumers who either present the designated e-coupons or posting onto their “WeChat Moment” a photo showing related promotional materials like the foamboard and sticker displayed in the stores. Meanwhile, for customers who share the relevant information of the Scheme and the Festival at “WeChat Moment”, they will be entitled to a “double surprises”, that is, they can redeem a limited edition souvenir at the Hong Kong Brand Festival Exhibition Zone in the “2017 Hong Kong Trendy Products Expo, Beijing” from 27 June to 2 July 2017. The details are as follow:

Participants: Hong Kong brands with shops or points of sales in Beijing

Brand Categories: Hong Kong brands; applicable to any manufacturing or service industries, such as apparel, accessories, gift & premium, jewelry, watches, houseware, food & beverage etc.

Type of Offers: Any kind of offers and gifts as endorsed by the Organiser, such as discounts, cash coupons, “Buy One Get One Free”, free gifts, free service trial etc.

Quotas: About 20 Hong Kong Brands


Eligibility: 

The entry brand must meet the following requirements in order to participate in the Scheme:

1. The entry brand is established in Hong Kong or has substantially close relations with Hong Kong.
2. The entry brand has been registered with the Intellectual Property Department, HKSAR. Otherwise, the entry company should produce sufficient evidence to clarify originality and proprietorship of the brand.
3. The entry company holds a valid Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate and have substantive business operations in Hong Kong; and it must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Organiser that it has exclusive rights to fully control the production, distribution or other operational activities under the entry brand.
