Mizi is one of the 18 brands under Taste of Asia (TOA) Group, specialising in Sichuan cuisine. Since the opening of its first restaurant in 2023, it has rapidly expanded to six branches across high-traffic areas in Kowloon and the New Territories in just one year.
Mizi offers various Sichuan delicacies including Yunnan-style rice noodles, rice in soup, sour fish soup, and hot pot. The signature dish "Pork Bone & Rice Milk Soup" is meticulously simmered with fresh pork bones and paired with house-developed freshly-grounded rice milk, elevating the soup’s complexity and flavour to perfection. Every spoonful captures the essence of rice fragrance, creating an unforgettable experience. Upholding the brand philosophy of "continuous improvement", Mizi regularly introduces seasonal specials and signature dishes to satisfy customers' diverse needs. The Restaurant leverages the Group's advantages and synergies to constantly improve its flagship products, customer service, operational efficiency, and overall dining experience.
Mizi puts food hygiene and safety at the top of its operational agenda, and a special inspection team has been set up to inspect the outlets regularly. The Restaurant purchases high-quality ingredients from certified suppliers, and uses vegetables sourced from a designated sister company as well as finished and semi-finished products supplied by the Group's self-owned central kitchen. Moreover, it has introduced strict operating procedures and guidelines for every branch, so as to ensure the quality, taste and customer service are maintained at a consistently high standard.
