The success of Taste of Asia Group Limited lies in its spirit of innovation and perseverance. Since the opening of its first restaurant in Hong Kong in 2007, its branches have rapidly expanded to over 300, demonstrating strong growth momentum and adaptability. As one of the 18 brands under the Group, Mizi adheres to the principle of “customer first” and strives to provide customers with high-quality rice-based delicacies with warm service at a comfortable dining environment.
Mizi specialises in authentic Yunnan-style rice noodles, offering affordable prices and quality flavours to satisfy young people’s appetites for variety and freshness. Its menu offers an extensive array of dishes, including authentic Yunnan-style rice noodles, congee, sauerkraut and grilled fish, snacks, as well as hotpot. The decor of the restaurant is simple but elegant, featuring earthy tones with wooden accents to create a trendy and artistic atmosphere. After opening its first store in February 2023, Mizi has quickly expanded to 8 locations.
Mizi adheres to the philosophy of “Pursuing excellence” with strict requirements for each dish, from broth and noodles to snacks and ingredients. For instance, the signature “Pork Bone and Fragrant Rice Soup” is made from fresh pork bones simmered to perfection and paired with an exclusive freshly ground rice paste, elevating the flavour to its peak and allowing customers to savour the essence of rice in every sip. In addition to customisable noodles, Mizi also offers tender sauerkraut and boiled fish, as well as various combo meals and cold dishes that leave a rich aftertaste.
The Group actively implements environmental protection policies and enthusiastically supports community activities, frequently dispatching volunteer teams to participate in events such as the “Million Bike Ride” and charity runs; and it values employee welfare and has been honoured with “Caring Company”, “Heartfelt Enterprise” and “ERB Outstanding Employers Award”.
