The “8th China International SME Fair” (CISMEF) was held from 22 to 25 September 2011 at Guangzhou. Ms Shirley Chan, the Chairman of BDC, was invited to be the guest and deliver opening speech at the Opening Ceremony of CISMEF-Hong Kong Brands. The BDC set up display panel to introduce the Council’s activities.
