Workshop on Practical Skills for Handling Difficult Customers

Co-organised by the BDC and CMA Training Center, the workshop on “Practical Skills for Handling Difficult Customers” was held on 17 May 2012. Mr. Wilson Chu, Principal Consultant of HMI Consulting Limited was invited to elaborate on the practical skills to deal with the difficult customer. The workshop attracted around 10 SME representatives.
