Workshop on “Strategic Budgeting for Brand Management Success”

Co-organized by the BDC and CMA Training Center, the workshop on “Strategic Budgeting for Brand Management Success” was held on 16-17 August 2011. Ms Janet Cheang, Senior Brand Consultant was invited to elaborate on how to translate company’s business strategy into understandable planning budgets which includes the buy plan, sales plan and marketing plan. The workshop attracted about 10 company representatives to join.
