“Law-ledge” for Business Serial Workshop I - Dos and Don’ts in Product Promotion and Advertising

In collaboration with the CMA Training Center, the BDC organized a serial workshop on business law. The so-called “‘Law-ledge’ for Business Workshop” aimed to equip the audience with the practical knowledge of legal affairs, especially that related to brand management in Hong Kong and China.

The first workshop was under the banner of “Dos and Don’ts in Product Promotion and Advertising”, and it was taught by Mr Joseph Chow, a commercial law expert. The workshop elaborated on the Trade Descriptions Ordinance and the legal consequences of comparative advertising.
