Branding to Win Serial Seminar III - Quality Customer Service

"Branding to Win Serial Seminar III - Quality Customer Service” jointly organized by CMA and BDC,was held on 8 August 2006 at CMA Conference Hall.

The Seminar invited Mr Paul Yin, BDC Chairman to deliver welcome remarks. Mr T K Luk, Associate Professor of Hong Kong Polytechnic University; Mr K T Ting, Senior Assessor of Hong Kong Top Mark Scheme; Ms Jackia Lee, Executive Director of Tiptop Consultants Ltd; and Mr Balwin Yeung, Senior Marketing Manager of Hong Thai Travel Services Ltd were invited as speakers to share the quality customer service. The Seminar attracted over 150 corporates to join.
