Hareody Home began producing its own brand products in 2019, expanding into the furniture design and manufacturing industry. In addition to operating self-owned online store Hareody Mall, the Brand has extended sales channels via various online platforms such as HKTVmall. It provides wholesale and customer services for government departments, universities, NGOs, and enterprises, such as Government House, Immigration Department, Customs, MTR, Ocean Park, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Sheraton Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott, etc.
Hareody Home is committed to innovation, utilising AI technology to enhance product development and design precision. The Brand also integrates AR/VR technology to allow customers to visualise furniture settings in virtual environments, thus improving user experience. Hareody Home self-developed product "Portable Multi-Use Mahjong Table" has been granted both "Utility Model Patent" and "Design Patent" by the National Intellectual Property Administration, a testimony to its outstanding innovation capabilities.
Hareody Home maintains strict quality standards, ensuring that its products comply with multiple safety certifications, such as "BS-7176" Fire Retardant Standard and "EN-12520" Safety Standard. It has also been recognised as "Top 10 O2O Retail Brands in Hong Kong" and"Top 10 Quality E-Shop in Hong Kong" for three consecutive years.
