Taste of Asia Group (TOA) was founded in Canada, and its first "Café 100%" in Hong Kong was opened in 2007. Over the years, the Group has established multiple brands and now operates about 290 branches across the City. As one of the 17 brands under TOA, RUD is a restaurant guided by the customer-first philosophy, striving to provide customers with quality food, heartfelt service and a comfortable dining experience.
Since its inception in 2022, RUD has rapidly expanded to 14 branches and become a popular choice for gatherings for both young diners and families. The Brand draws inspiration from the Japanese concept of "solo yakiniku" (grilled meat), and its restaurants are equipped with state-of-the-art smokeless grill and ventilation systems, allowing guests to enjoy delicious food in a clean and comfortable environment.
RUD offers a variety of meal sets and premium meats, including Tokachi Wagyu from Hokkaido, US Angus ribeye steak, short plate, short ribs, pork belly and chicken thigh, accommodating to various budget preferences. The menu also features a selection of exquisite seafood and various grilled items to suit all kinds of appetite. To elevate the taste and dining experience, the Restaurant’s chefs have created house special sauces to complement the flavourful grilled meats, maximising the aroma of “yakiniku”. Also complementing the menu is a range of handcrafted specialty drinks, which are specially designed to refresh the palate and balance the rich flavours of grilled meats.
TOA Group has been committed to fulfilling corporate social responsibility, through active environmental policies and community engagement. The Group organises volunteer teams to participate in events like the "Walk for Millions" as well as various charity runs for fundraising. In recognition of the support to employee welfare, the Group has been honoured with "Caring Company" , "Consumer Caring" and "ERB Best Employer Award".
