Established in 1980 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2014 (Stock Code: 1397), Baguio is committed to creating and maintaining a ''Clean and Green'' environment for the society. Over the years, Baguio has developed into a well-established and socially-responsible group. It provides all-round, professional and reliable services to the HKSAR Government, public utilities, and private corporations, including professional cleaning, waste collection and recycling, waste management, green technology, organic fertiliser and animal feed production, horticulture and landscaping, and integrated pest management.
Baguio has been growing hand in hand with Hong Kong, providing comprehensive integrated environmental services in line with the needs of social development. From ''Keeping Hong Kong Clean Campaign'' in the 1980s, ''Green Hong Kong Campaign'' in the 1990s, to the two outbreaks of epidemic in 2003 and 2019, Baguio has been sticking to its posts, safeguarding a hygienic homeland for people with its professional cleaning, landscaping and pest management services.
As an ardent advocate of sustainable development, Baguio adheres to the concept of ''local collection, local recycling, local use''; and it has actively expanded waste management and recycling business to the entire industrial chain, offering a full range of services from collection, treatment, to recycling. While providing waste and recyclables collection services for over 5,000 service points in Hong Kong, Baguio has established or jointly operated 7 recycling facilities to turn waste into useful materials.
To optimise services and enhance productivity, Baguio applies innovative and digital technologies, such as mobile applications, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), GIS (Geographic Information System), cloud platform, Near Infrared Sorting technology and biotechnology. It implements an Integrated Management System (IMS) covering quality, environmental performance and occupational safety, which has obtained ''ISO 9001'', ''ISO 14001'' and ''ISO 45001'' certifications, ensuring its services fully comply with the ESG principles.
