Founded in 1967, May Cheong Group mainly produces die cast replicas of exotic cars in accurate scales. It is proud to be one of the few toy manufacturers that have successfully stretched foothold from Hong Kong to global market through Original Brand Manufacturing. Headquartered in Hong Kong, May Cheong Group now has around 10,000 employees worldwide; and has set up one-stop highly-automated manufacturing facilities in Dong guan and Shao guan, with branch offices and showrooms opened in USA, France and Italy. Its self-owned brand "Maisto" has been registered in over 100 countries around the world.
Maisto is the first brand in the Asia-Pacific region to produce die cast replicas of exotic cars in accurate scale of 1:18 with delicate details. Its sales network covers international chain stores and on-line platforms like Amazon, Tmall, JD.com, Carrefour, Costco, Walmart, Smyths, and Toys R Us as well as gas stations, bookstores and kiosks around the world. Maisto was conferred "Supplier Excellence Award" by many major European and American department stores such as Walmart, Target, Hudson Bay and Tesco.
Maisto maintains good relationships with and is recognized as a most reliable partner by many renowned automobile manufacturers, such as Ferrari, Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Lamborghini, Ford, General Motors Cars, etc. Maisto also participated in the "China Lunar Exploration Programme" (CLEP) and obtained exclusive rights to produce and distribute die-cast replicas of lunar rover models and toys. Several of its 1:1 prototypes are exhibited or collected by authoritative institutions such as the Great Hall of the People, National Museum and National Space Administration Headquarters, etc, a strong testimony to the Brand’s superior status and influence in the industry.
