Established in 2022, CM Bakery Production Limited has a selfowned factory, which adopts a systematic management model and integrates traditional culture with modern technology. It continuously improves equipment to enhance output and quality and complies with "GHP" standard, while having obtained various certifications including "ISO 22000", "HACCP", "Hong Kong Q-Mark", and "HALAL". By dint of professional and modernized management, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to product quality, 淳珍strives to become one of the representatives of Hong Kong's culinary excellence.
Upholding the philosophy of "balancing tradition and innovation", 淳珍crafts baked products that embody the feature of "crispy, fragrant, light, and flaky", with unique taste and wide varieties. The Brand meticulously selects high-quality raw materials from around the world, using premium flour and New Zealand butter. Its products, whether classic ones like palmier, almond puffs, egg rolls, and cookies, or innovative flavor items, each leaves people unforgettable impression.
