Company Profile

Charming International Group is dedicated to providing a diverse range of food products such as seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables, covering hundreds of varieties. The Group has established four core brands, namely "Hidee" ,  "Rodee" ,  "Fresh" , and  "SMART" , supplying products to some 3,000 restaurants in Hong Kong and Macao, more than 2,500 businesses in the Pearl River Delta region, and over 200 catering establishments in Singapore. The products are also available on e-commerce platforms and chain supermarkets, in addition to the Group’s self-owned online store.

Hidee firmly believes that the ocean is a  "community of common destiny" made up of vast sea water, active fishes, a beautiful environment and human beings who pursue sustainable development. As a professional fishery products supplier, Hidee has established a complete and controllable supply chain system to ensure product quality and stability. Its products are farmed and caught fresh at the source base, processed in self-owned factory using flash freezing ultra-low temperature locking technology, and then put into the frozen warehouse for storage.

Hidee follows a one-stop business model that runs through product research and development, fish culture and distribution. In addition to actively participating in trade fairs, it has kept pace with the times and built up its own e-commerce platform. Hidee has also opened up new retail channels through capitalising on innovative technologies such as the mobile Internet, cold chain logistics and pioneering in the introduction of -18°C unmanned vending machines.

Hidee has endeavoured to provide the market with guaranteed foods, bring more choices to the public, and inject vitality into industry and Hong Kong economy. At the same time, it has embarked on the forefront of the ESG trend by advocating the abandonment of traditional sea fishing and implementing aquaculture, taking forward its brand tenet of  "promoting harmonious coexistence between human with the nature and building a sustainable environment" . Hidee and Charming International received a number of recognitions, including "2022 Emerging Brand Awards" ,  "2023 Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Award" ,  "2024 Hong Kong Top Brand Awards" ,  "2024 Top 100 Business and Economic Industry Development Award" . And its Pickled Fish was granted  "2023 First Greater Bay Area Prepared Food – Star Award"  in the "AgriPro and Tech Asia Expo" .
