With continuous assurance on quality food and services, food safety and hygiene, HONG KONG MX follows the ultimate principle of "Customers come first" and provides quality and innovative dining experience to customers.
Founded in 1956, Maxim's Group provides diversified catering experience through operating its self-owned brands and introducing international brands into the local market. Nowadays, it has become one of Asia's leading food and beverage companies that operates Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian, Western and fast food restaurants, bakery shops, cafes and institutional catering service, with over 1,900 outlets. While providing a wide range of festive products such as the award-winning HONG KONG MX Mooncake, the Group is also the licensee of renowned brands like "Starbucks Coffee", "Genki Sushi", "IPPUDO", "The Cheesecake Factory" and "Shake Shack" in various territories.
HONG KONG MX Mooncakes was the first mooncake brand to receive the “Hong Kong Q-Mark”, and the No. 1 seller of mooncakes in Hong Kong for 28 consecutive years (according to the Nielsen IQ Research Report 1998-2025 of Mooncakes Market in Hong Kong). To cater to customers’ changing needs, the Brand has enhanced a series of
bakery products through continuous improvements. Its innovative series “Lava Custard Mooncake” has since inception become the bestseller among egg custard mooncakes for 11 years consecutively. In 2025, HONG KONG MX introduced the “Super Lemon Mooncake”, a first-of-its-kind creation that brings the concept of hand-brewed lemon tea into a mooncake. With the delicate balance of tartness, sweetness and fruity aroma, it offers a refreshing reinterpretation of the seasonal delight.
Maxim’s Group continues to integrate the advancement of sustainability and social inclusion with the development of innovative products and services. The newly-launched “BOB Chilli Oil with Crispy Bread and Chicken Oil”, which transforms surplus bread into crispy bread crumbs blended with chicken oil and spices, is not only a delicacy with deeper layers of flavour but also helps reducing food waste. The Group also works closely with social welfare organisations and community partners to bring high-quality soft meals into care homes and neighbourhoods, enabling people in need and their families to once again enjoy the warmth of sharing a meal together while restoring the dignity and joy in eating.
Striving for innovation and quality excellence, HONG KONG MX received a number of accolades in recent years, including the “Hong Kong Top Brand Ten Year Achievement Award”, “Hong Kong Premier Brand”, “Hong Kong Proud Award” and the “Service & Courtesy Award” presented by HKRMA.
