Track of Glory

Milk Café is one of the 16 brands under Taste of Asia (TOA) Group. Inspired by the "Milk" concept, it offers a variety of authentic meals and drinks originated from traditional Hong Kong Cafés, such as the local favourite milk tea and pineapple buns, which evoke collective memories. Since 2020, Milk Café has been growing rapidly and established 29 outlets across the city, providing cozy and convenient meeting places for young generations and their families.

Milk Café is dedicated to research and development. From time to time, it launches seasonal dishes, homemade beverages and new dishes that combine nostalgic delicacies and modern elements, such as "Pineapple Bun with Cheese". Leveraging on the advantages and synergies of the Group, Milk Café continuously improves products, customer service, operational efficiency and the overall dining experience.

Milk Café puts food hygiene and safety at the top of its operational agenda, and a special inspection team has been set up to inspect the outlets regularly. The restaurant purchases high-quality ingredients from certified suppliers, and uses vegetables sourced from a designated sister company as well as finished and semi-finished products supplied by the Group’s self-owned central kitchen. Moreover, it has introduced strict operating procedures and guidelines for every branch, so as to ensure the quality, taste and customer service are maintained at a consistently high standard.
