Founded in 2018 by UFL Group, e+Solutions (ePlus) is a technology driven e-commerce logistics service provider; its business philosophy is to make logistics easier and accessible by optimising order fulfillment process, so that merchants can devote time to more important areas and concentrate on growing their core business. UFL Group has over 50 years of experience in freight forwarding, with self-owned warehouses around the world. e+Solutions developed its own cloud-based fulfillment platform, allowing merchants to have a complete data visibility by integrating their multiple sales channels. Also, it enables merchants to generate reports, manage orders, automate shipping arrangement, as well as track inventory and order status in real time. e+Solutions is proud to be one of the few service providers in Hong Kong that have introduced AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle) robotics, thus improving the accuracy of picking to over 99.9% and leading to a 100% increase in efficiency rate.
