Hair Forest is a one-stop professional hair-care centre under EC Healthcare. Equipped with proprietary advanced equipment and hair revitalisation technology, Hair Forest specialises in tackling hair problems such as hair loss, dandruff, hair thinning, excessive oiliness and hair quality deterioration. As a brand founded on and aided by scientific evidence, Hair Forest combines the advantages of Chinese and Western medical treatments with the support of advice from professional nutritionists. With one-on-one scalp analysis service, hair consultants will customise a personalised treatment plan using five premium hair-care products to help every client effectively prevent and solve hair problems.
At present, there are 251 registered doctors attached with the Group, who span over 29 fields of specialty and service, providing strong support for Hair Forest. All front-line personnel are required to pass 150 hours of induction training and keep receiving regular training, abide by laws and regulations, and pledge that professional consultation and customer service are delivered in strict compliance with professional protocols. Hair Forest has also introduced an electronic system to strengthen record of progress and effect of treatment, so as to ensure that guests receive the most appropriate treatment and the most considerate service.
