Founded in 2018, 24/7 FITNESS is service-driven and closely aligned with the 24-hour urban lifestyle. By pioneering a transparent, monthly-payment model with round-the-clock access, the Brand has redefined the traditional industry framework and positioned fitness as part of everyday life. Today, 24/7 FITNESS operates over 300 fitness centres across Asia-Pacific and serves more than 200,000 active members, with branches covering major residential-commercial areas and transportation hubs in many cities.
24/7 FITNESS takes into account Hong Kong’s urban rhythm and lifestyle. Through a community-based location strategy, it has established a 24-hour fitness network in residential areas, commercial districts, and major transport hubs, allowing fitness to fit into citizen’s daily routines. Notwithstanding the overwhelming prevalence of long-term contracts and prepayment models in the local market, 24/7 FITNESS took the lead in scaling a transparent, monthly membership system with no sales pressure, which broke through the industry’s traditional modus operandi and helped to establish deeper trust with clients.
24/7 FITNESS adopts a digitalised and modular operating framework as the core of its quality management, ensuring consistent service quality and user experience across all branches. Each branch is equipped with internationally-recognised professional-grade fitness equipment, supported by stringent hygiene and safety management to meet the needs of users at different training levels.
