Company Profile

Established in 2016 under Taste of Asia (TOA) Group, MoMoKu has nowadays become a popular food caterer with 17 outlets. The Brand upholds the core values of ''Authentic, Sustainable, Innovative and Appetising'' and adheres to the motto of ''MORE THAN KFOOD'', serving young people and new generation families with contemporary Korean-Italian fusion cuisine. Since 2017, it has extended its business through offering grab-and-go Korean snacks and grocery items at some restaurants, bringing customers a one-stop shopping experience.

Track of Glory

MoMoKu attaches great importance to research and development; and its specialist team often pays visits to Korea to study new dishes, cooking methods, plate presentation and service etiquette. While offering a variety of meals and snacks, the Restaurant regularly updates the menu and introduces seasonal dishes as well as homemade drinks, constantly bringing freshness to guests and meeting their different needs. By leveraging on the advantages and synergies of the Group, MoMoKu continuously improves and customises its ''hero products'', service, operational efficiency and overall dining experience, with food hygiene and safety always placed at the top of its operations agenda.

MoMoKu strictly monitors food quality, and a dedicated Quality Assurance Taskforce regularly inspects and evaluates the performance of each outlet, based on four criteria namely ''Taste, Temperature, Speed and Attitude''. It carefully selects high-quality food ingredients and all materials are purchased from certified suppliers. The Group has set up its own subsidiary to handle sourcing of vegetables, with an eye to improving safety of incoming goods and reliability of supply. To ensure that all dishes achieve the same standard of quality, MoMoKu uses finished and semi-finished food produced in the Group's central kitchen, and a well-articulated manual with guidelines on production, food hygiene and safety has been implemented in the outlets for strict compliance.

Over the years, MoMoKu has been widely recognised. It has received many accolades including ''Quality Tourism Service Scheme Restaurant'', ''EatSmart Restaurant Star+'', ''Recommended Restaurant'' from Asia Art of Cuisine Society and ''My Favourite Korean Restaurant'' from ''U Magazine''.
