Established in 2011, IMPERIAL DIAMOND JEWELLERY is committed to providing exclusive jewelleries and watches with comprehensive and professional pre-sales and after-sales services. Over the years, it has rooted in various districts and developed solid relationships with customers in the neighbourhoods, while building up a reputation in the industry. Each of its outlets has an inlaid goldsmith and designer stationed on-site, who help customers create unique jewelleries and provide product repair and identification services. In recent years, the Brand has launched an increasing number of self-designed items to cater to the current fashion and market trends.
Apart from a flagship store in the ''THE ONE'' shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, IMPERIAL DIAMOND JEWELLERY has 7 outlets located in Sheung Shui, Sha Tin, Ma On Shan, Tuen Mun, Kowloon Bay, Diamond Hill and Wong Tai Sin respectively. With an eye to expanding customer base, it sometimes set up pop-up stores to conduct direct sales at the factory price and has established ''WTS Golden Club'' membership programme to offer exclusive discounts and benefits to local residents.
In addition to advertising, IMPERIAL DIAMOND JEWELLERY actively participates in exhibitions, such as ''JMA Hong Kong International Jewellery Show'', ''HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show''. It also gained extensive exposure by sponsoring television shows and movies like ''Good Night Show'', ''Celebrity Minute To Fame'', ''Miss Hong Kong Pageant — The Comeback'', as well as the ''Wedding Proposals''; and it even hosted the ''Imperial Diamond Jewellery Ping Pong Grand Prix'', in an attempt to reach out to all walks of life and boost brand publicity. In recent years, the Brand has been determined to develop digital marketing channels with in-store live broadcasting conducted to convey product and service information to potential customers.
