Hang Yick Properties Management Limited was established in 1974 as a member of the Henderson Land Group, aiming to be the premier real estate and asset management institution in the Asia Pacific region. With a total of 1,600 employees, Hang Yick provides quality and excellent property management services for more than 37,000 premium residential units of luxury properties and over 7.1 millions square feet of commercial buildings, including Sunshine City, Beverly Hill, Centre Stage and The Grand Panorama.
With the management philosophy of integrity, focus on human concerns, excellent quality and contributions to the society, Hang Yick has adopted the“thematic year” concept since 1998. For example, 2019 marks the “Year of Reforms”, aiming to achieve advancements through introducing reforms.
Hang Yick fulfils its corporate social responsibility through“Hang Oi Charitable Foundation” and by participating in a wide variety of public activities and voluntary services. In 2018, its volunteer team received “Highest Service Hour Award of Hong Kong Volunteer Award” from the Social Welfare Department for the thirteenth time.
