Cookies Quartet was founded in 2008, beginning as a small shop in Kowloon City. Over the years, the Brand has grown into a well-received Hong Kong-style bakery, with stores across Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong International Airport,Central, Sha Tin, Kwun Tong, Kowloon City and Taikoo Shing. As Hong Kong’s first specialty shop for cookies and palmiers, Cookies Quartet palmier has achieved cumulative sales of over 200 million pieces, firmly holding the top position globally.
Cookies Quartet is not just a souvenir brand, but a symbol of taste and identity. Its products are exquisitely designed to provide customers with unique tasting experience. Adhering to a health conscious philosophy, the Brand selects high-quality ingredients from 27 countries around the world, to ensure that every bite is a natural and healthy delight.
Cookies Quartet has opened six new stores since the beginning of 2025, bringing its total number of outlets to 17. This expansion reflects the Brand’s continued commitment to growth and its efforts to strengthen its market presence. Among the new openings, the Tsim Sha Tsui store has been specially designed as a “Palmier Museum Art Concept Store”, offering customers an immersive brand experience through a refreshed and distinctive store concept.
Cookies Quartet received numerous accolades. In 2025, it was a winner of the “Monde Selection Gold Award”, “A.A. Taste Awards”, and “Excellence in Living Smart Awards” organised by Ming Pao Website. In 2026, its palmiers won the highest grade of three stars at the “Superior Taste Award” for three consecutive years, and received the “Crystal Taste Award”, making it the first palmier product in the world to receive this honour. Cookies Quartet has been recognised as “Quality Merchant” by the Hong Kong Tourism Board for 10 consecutive years, and its Hong Kong International Airport store won the “Global Design Award” in 2021.
