Since its establishment in 2015, Chaaya Group specialises in food processing and import-export operations, and owns processing plants certified by “HACCP”, “ISO 22000”, and “BRC”. Founded in 2016, “3 Fish” derives its name from the Chinese saying “three fish make freshness”, symbolising its commitment to ultimate freshness and quality. With a passion for freshness as emphasised in Chinese culinary culture, the Brand introduced the “Boneless Crispy Grass Carp Fillet” with an innovative concept, redefining perceptions of processed seafood and offering products that are convenient, healthy, and delicious. This signature product is made from high-quality grass carp; and the first-of-its-kind boneless design makes it easy to consume, with the firm and crispy meat offering an excellent texture.
By virtue of outstanding product quality and innovative techniques, 3 Fish quickly gained recognition in Hong Kong and overseas markets, leading a new trend in pre-packaged seafood. The “boneless product” series has also extended to boneless black carp slices, black fish flowers, crispy golden phoenix fish fillets, thick-cut sea bass fillets, and sea bass steak, offering a diverse range of options to meet different needs.
Adhering to the philosophy of ensuring freshness from the source, the Company has established its own breeding base of over 2,000 acres in Zhongshan, which uses organic broad beans and traditional Chinese herbal feed instead of antibiotics, and employs natural, residue-free breeding methods. Products are processed in sterile environments and quick-frozen with liquid nitrogen to fully lock in freshness and preserve the original taste and texture.
