Founded in 1982, German Pool is a Hong Kong-based company, well-known for the high-quality electric water heaters imported from Germany in the beginning. German Pool also actively participates in B2B projects, partnering with real estate developers in providing one-stop solutions of furniture, cabinets and electrical appliances for new upscale housing estates; and it also supplies professional commercial water heaters, induction cookers, and air purification equipment for restaurants. Furthermore, German Pool offers tea pantry renovation design services for enterprises, and is a provider of environmentally-friendly water heaters, home appliances, and furniture products for government infrastructure projects, shopping malls, and commercial buildings.
Adhering to "customer-oriented" business philosophy, German Pool has been striving to satisfy customers' needs and achieve the highest quality. Over 40 years, it has upheld the principles of "Safe, Healthy, Eco-friendly, Great Value for Money", continuously innovating its product offerings. The Brand's eco-friendly water heater series now has been extended to encompass instantheating, central type, rapid-heating, solar-powered, gas-powered, and customised commercial models. German Pool currently has over 1,000 sales points across the Greater Bay Area, and operates multiple showrooms in Hong Kong. The 27,000 square-feet "Lifestyle" flagship store in Causeway Bay, which is the largest full-house customised furniture and appliances specialty store in Hong Kong, features a "Happy Kitchen Café & Bar" that allow customers enjoying "Dine, Shop, and Entertainment" experience. German Pool has been actively developing its O2O business, through various e-commerce platforms including HKTVmall, JD.com, Tmall Global, Alibaba, and Amazon.
