As one of the largest outdoor advertising digital printing groups in Hong Kong, Kanghong Digital Image (HK) Limited provides high-definition large-screen printing, indoor and outdoor wall paintings, lightbox output, production and installation services for premier brands. Kanghong established the brand "Cocoon Plus" in 2021, which operates independently and has its own factory building, with a focus on digital printing solutions tailor-made for sophisticated customers with special requirements in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas.
With the business philosophy of "environmentally-friendly printing, professional vision, and digital problem solving", Cocoon Plus implemented "ISO 9001" quality management and "ISO 14001" environmental management systems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it developed technical solutions to cater for special needs of epidemic prevention, and undertook image printing installation projects for Penny Bay Quarantine Camps, Shelter Hospitals and North Lantau Hospital Hong Kong Infection Control Centre. Cocoon Plus has set up the Digimage Galleria to display creative works and facilitate exchanges among talents from different fields like culture, arts and business, adding value to further development of Hong Kong’s creativity and manufacturing industries.
In 2022, Cocoon Plus together with Kanghong were honoured with "Hong Kong Emerging Service Brand" and "Hong Kong Awards for Industries — Certificate of Merit (Upgrading and Transformation)", in recognition of its fruitful efforts to promote Industry 4.0 and explore new directions for cultural and creative products.
