Adhering to the tenet of "genuine goods, superior quality, reasonable price", Yan Yue Tong meticulously selects high-quality products from all over the world, ranging from ginseng and seafood, scented tea, dried fruits to soup ingredients and ready-to-drink soup packs. The Brand now has more than 20 branches, with counters set up in large department stores and supermarkets.
The production plant of Yan Yue Tong soup pack complies with the requirements of the "ISO 9000" quality management system, while the canned abalone supplier has obtained "HACCP" certification. Yan Yue Tong adds QR codes to the packaging of sea cucumbers, fish maws and soup packs so that customers can scan them with mobile phones and watch instructional videos on how to handle food ingredients. The Company participates in large-scale exhibitions such as "Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo" and "Hong Kong Food Expo"; and starting from 2022, O2O (Offline to Online) sale facilities have been introduced, allowing customers to fully enjoy convenience of "ordering with mobile phones and delivering goods to home".
Yan Yue Tong is keen to give back to the society. Apart from setting up charitable donation boxes in branches, it donates products to nursing homes and charity organisations from time to time. Since the inception, Yan Yue Tong has garnered increasing recognition; and it has also been awarded "Quality Tourism Services Scheme" and "Hong Kong Q-Mark Quality Service Scheme" certifications, in addition to "2022 Hong Kong Emerging Brand".
