Founded in 1982, German Pool is a Hong Kong-based company, well-known for the high-quality electric water heaters imported from Germany in the beginning. It has been growing and diversified ever since, extending product lines to culinary and lifestyle appliances, loT smart home appliances, kitchen cabinets, furniture, etc. The Brand has a couple of showrooms in Hong Kong with a 27,000 square-feet flagship store opened in Causeway Bay in 2021; and has established over 1,000 distribution points across the Greater Bay Area. German Pool also partners with real estate developers to provide one-stop solutions on furniture, cabinets and electrical appliances for new upscale housing estates, further expanding into the commercial project sector.
Since 2015, German Pool has stepped up presence in various e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Lazada, Alibaba, Tmall, JD.com, in addition to "duty free" sales channels on airplanes and cruise liners. During the outbreak of COVID-19, it created and broadcasted a series of interesting live shows and YouTube videos, which shared with audience product information and cooking tips to tie in with the trend of cooking at home.
