Co-organised by the BDC and CMA Training Center, the workshop on “Professional Conflict Management” was held on 1 September 2015. Mr Eddy Tse, Training Consultant of ITK Management Ltd was invited to elaborate on conflict management. The workshop attracted 5 SME representatives.
